Director's Dealings

XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces that Larry Tracey, a director of the Company, has pledged 2,562,000 XP Power Limited ordinary shares of 1p each as part of a package of security against a personal loan. The loan was taken out in March 2008 for the purpose of acquiring further shares in the Company.
